Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and lead onboarding and value delivery
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to long-term partnership strategies with commercial teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and translate customer insights into improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or clinical operations
  • Experience with eClinical or digital health systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
