Job Summary

- Develop and manage value-based relationships with 10-20 customers
- Perform regular reviews with customers on goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify and address customer adoption challenges and risks to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary educational degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in research, insights, or consulting
- Demonstrated exposure to client engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage and be accountable for a book of business
- Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques
