Job Summary

  • Perform regular reviews with customers on goals, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identify and address customer adoption challenges and risks to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary educational degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in research, insights, or consulting
  • Demonstrated exposure to client engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to manage and be accountable for a book of business
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques
