Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage value-based relationships with 10-20 customers
- Perform regular reviews with customers on goals, challenges, insights, and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional solutions to customers
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary educational degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in research, insights, or consulting
- Demonstrated exposure to client engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage a book of business effectively
- Strong initiative and drive to innovate
