Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success and Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementations by configuring and optimizing platform modules for client needs
  • Project manage full implementations, overseeing all phases from kick-off to go-live
  • Monitor customer health and track engagement metrics to develop proactive success plans
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations or Customer Success with enterprise clients
  • Strong technical expertise in SaaS architecture and integrations
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled SaaS products and their business value
  • Proven project management experience; PMP or comparable certification preferred
  • Demonstrated success in aligning implementation outcomes with measurable customer value
