Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success and Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementations by configuring and optimizing platform modules for client needs
- Project manage full implementations, overseeing all phases from kick-off to go-live
- Monitor customer health and track engagement metrics to develop proactive success plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations or Customer Success with enterprise clients
- Strong technical expertise in SaaS architecture and integrations
- Familiarity with AI-enabled SaaS products and their business value
- Proven project management experience; PMP or comparable certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in aligning implementation outcomes with measurable customer value
