Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage and manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and assist customers in maximizing its use
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns
  • Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or client-focused account servicing role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management skills
