Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to engage and manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and assist customers in maximizing its use
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or client-focused account servicing role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM and customer engagement software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management skills
