Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and lead onboarding and value delivery
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while contributing to long-term partnership strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and translate customer insights into actionable improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or clinical operations
- Experience with eClinical or digital health systems
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
