Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and lead onboarding and value delivery
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while contributing to long-term partnership strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and translate customer insights into actionable improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or clinical operations
  • Experience with eClinical or digital health systems
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
