Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with C-level and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational health and compliance goals
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with Sales to enhance Net Revenue Retention
  • Develop customized success plans, monitor health indicators, and proactively address churn risks
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, particularly with large enterprise accounts
  • Experience in Healthcare SaaS or Compliance Technology is a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive revenue through renewals and expansions
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Customer Success tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
