Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic relationships with C-level and clinical stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational health and compliance goals
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with Sales to enhance Net Revenue Retention
- Develop customized success plans, monitor health indicators, and proactively address churn risks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, particularly with large enterprise accounts
- Experience in Healthcare SaaS or Compliance Technology is a significant advantage
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive revenue through renewals and expansions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Customer Success tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
