Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage client accounts and ensure a seamless experience post-sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and training to ensure alignment with success outcomes
  • Monitor client engagement and support renewal and expansion efforts in collaboration with sales
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in IT
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (10% travel)
