Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage client accounts and ensure a seamless experience post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor
- Guide new clients through onboarding and training to ensure alignment with success outcomes
- Monitor client engagement and support renewal and expansion efforts in collaboration with sales
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in IT
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Understanding of customer personas and needs from IT suppliers
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (10% travel)
