Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and growth
  • Conduct discovery with customers to understand business objectives and uncover new use cases
  • Monitor customer health and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management or similar in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing a book of business of up to 35 strategic accounts
  • Proven track record in managing risk and identifying growth opportunities
  • Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Experience in onboarding new clients and coordinating regular client check-ins
