Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - US.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and growth
- Conduct discovery with customers to understand business objectives and uncover new use cases
- Monitor customer health and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management or similar in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing a book of business of up to 35 strategic accounts
- Proven track record in managing risk and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience in onboarding new clients and coordinating regular client check-ins
