Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, specifically in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of the platform by administering onboarding and enablement tactics across multiple products
  • Analyze product usage and performance signals to identify friction points and enhance customer value
  • Own commercial outcomes for a defined set of accounts, focusing on revenue retention and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience with building and deploying AI agents and familiarity with API integrations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
  • Strong understanding of the Southern Europe market landscape and cultural nuances
