Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Mid Atlantic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers
  • Develop and implement scalable methods for communicating best practices to customers
  • Monitor customer health and manage relationships to promote retention and loyalty


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, etc.)
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is a plus
  • Comfortable interfacing with complex, multi-divisional clients, preferably at the director level
