Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Mid Atlantic.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the client advocate and product specialist for assigned customers
- Develop and implement scalable methods for communicating best practices to customers
- Monitor customer health and manage relationships to promote retention and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, etc.)
- Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with other Privilege Access Service solutions is a plus
- Comfortable interfacing with complex, multi-divisional clients, preferably at the director level
