Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire post-sales experience including onboarding, implementation, renewals, up-sells, and strategic account management
- Act as a trusted advisor by working cross-functionally to meet customer needs
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance, preferably in underwriting or operations
- Experience in customer success or relationship management is a plus
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Technology savvy and innovative problem solver
- A business, risk management, communications, or marketing degree is helpful
