Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the entire post-sales experience including onboarding, implementation, renewals, up-sells, and strategic account management
  • Act as a trusted advisor by working cross-functionally to meet customer needs
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in P&C or Specialty insurance, preferably in underwriting or operations
  • Experience in customer success or relationship management is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Technology savvy and innovative problem solver
  • A business, risk management, communications, or marketing degree is helpful
