Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prestige Customer Success Manager to drive success and growth for its Strategic customer segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of business of Large Enterprise customers, exceeding targets for gift spend
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders at each customer
  • Conduct cadence calls, drive upsells, and lead executive business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS/tech company
  • Experience managing a book of business focused on Fortune 500 companies or equivalent top-tier customers
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders at Large Enterprise organizations
  • Ability to handle objections and creatively address customer concerns
