Job Summary
A company is looking for a Prestige Customer Success Manager to drive success and growth for its Strategic customer segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business of Large Enterprise customers, exceeding targets for gift spend
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders at each customer
- Conduct cadence calls, drive upsells, and lead executive business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS/tech company
- Experience managing a book of business focused on Fortune 500 companies or equivalent top-tier customers
- Experience working with senior stakeholders at Large Enterprise organizations
- Ability to handle objections and creatively address customer concerns
