Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the US/Canada region (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients as their primary contact
  • Coordinate implementation, onboarding, and training for clients
  • Analyze customer data to develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS or Martech company
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus
  • Experience with tools such as Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO is highly preferred
