Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for and consult with customers to enhance their use of the GoSpotCheck platform
  • Provide training, support, and managed services to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data to deliver actionable recommendations and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably with Enterprise clients
  • Experience in managing multiple customer-facing projects with data-driven results
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SQL
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in the beer/wine/spirits industry is a plus
