Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for and consult with customers to enhance their use of the GoSpotCheck platform
- Provide training, support, and managed services to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to deliver actionable recommendations and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably with Enterprise clients
- Experience in managing multiple customer-facing projects with data-driven results
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SQL
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in the beer/wine/spirits industry is a plus
