Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on Growth & Monetisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-potential creators, supporting their app launch and growth
- Guide creators in business-focused decision-making, including pricing and growth strategy
- Track creator health metrics and proactively address potential churn issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a high-touch Customer Success or Creator Success role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
- Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
- Familiarity with lifecycle tools and customer data platforms
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfort with using asynchronous tools for remote collaboration
