Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on Growth & Monetisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential creators, supporting their app launch and growth
  • Guide creators in business-focused decision-making, including pricing and growth strategy
  • Track creator health metrics and proactively address potential churn issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a high-touch Customer Success or Creator Success role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
  • Familiarity with lifecycle tools and customer data platforms
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfort with using asynchronous tools for remote collaboration
