Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success & Support Manager to oversee the customer experience and commercial operations for their product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer support for all users, managing escalations and complex cases
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, handling renewals and pricing discussions
- Manage revenue operations including invoicing and entitlement investigations
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in Customer Success or Revenue Operations
- Experience with customer support tools like Intercom and billing systems such as Stripe
- Data-driven mindset with SQL or Snowflake experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions
- Comfortable managing support, billing, and renewals end-to-end
