Required Qualifications
  • University degree or equivalent relevant experience in customer engagement and adoption
  • Background in publishing with SaaS experience is valued
  • Experience with products in the portfolio or similar products
  • Fluency in English with exceptional engagement abilities for various audience sizes
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and experience in project management
