Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience in customer engagement and adoption
- Background in publishing with SaaS experience is valued
- Experience with products in the portfolio or similar products
- Fluency in English with exceptional engagement abilities for various audience sizes
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and experience in project management
