Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of district and institutional clients throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
- Set clear expectations and deliverables with customers for a smooth rollout
- Develop and manage structured success plans throughout the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education sectors preferred
- Experience supporting K-12, higher education, or corporate learning environments is a plus
