Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Manager (SaaS Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring timely project delivery
- Develop engagement strategies to enhance customer usage and satisfaction
- Manage client accounts, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Customer Success or related client-facing roles within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or project management certification is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, JIRA, Google Suite)
