Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and ensure timely product adoption
  • Develop strategies for customer retention, manage contract renewals, and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in digital marketing
  • Proficient understanding of digital marketing services such as social media and content marketing
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and manage key customer accounts
