Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and facilitate product adoption
  • Develop strategies for client retention, contract renewals, and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Proficient understanding of Customer Service tools
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight
  • Call Center experience is beneficial
