Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and facilitate product adoption
- Develop strategies for client retention, contract renewals, and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Proficient understanding of Customer Service tools
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight
- Call Center experience is beneficial
