Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help customers maximize the value of their platform and drive retention and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure strategic value and long-term success
  • Manage a portfolio of 450 key accounts, focusing on retention and product adoption
  • Conduct customer reviews and identify challenges to create scalable solutions and resources
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, commerce, or retail customers
  • Proven skills in client retention and strategic account management
  • Data fluency with the ability to analyze usage patterns and KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
