Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders at physician offices to foster advocacy and retention
  • Lead onboarding and training of new practices for smooth implementation of the system
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, translating practice needs into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • CSM (L3) - 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or healthcare operations
  • Senior CSM (L4) - deeper healthcare expertise and prior authorization knowledge preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Some travel required
