Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders at physician offices to foster advocacy and retention
- Lead onboarding and training of new practices for smooth implementation of the system
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, translating practice needs into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- CSM (L3) - 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or healthcare operations
- Senior CSM (L4) - deeper healthcare expertise and prior authorization knowledge preferred
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Some travel required
