Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer retention and success while driving operational excellence
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships and conduct frequent business reviews
  • Manage all aspects of the customer success process, including contract negotiations and project management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of exceeding subscription revenue targets and experience with enterprise accounts
  • Experience working with C-level executives
  • Strongly prefer experience in sales, operations, and/or support for the Entertainment, Restaurant, or Retail Technology Space
