Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize customer retention and success while driving operational excellence
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships and conduct frequent business reviews
- Manage all aspects of the customer success process, including contract negotiations and project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company
- Proven track record of exceeding subscription revenue targets and experience with enterprise accounts
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Strongly prefer experience in sales, operations, and/or support for the Entertainment, Restaurant, or Retail Technology Space
