Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5-7 Customer Success Managers
  • Oversee a portfolio of $30M in ARR, ensuring revenue retention and growth
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and act as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing teams
  • Experience managing portfolios of $20M+ in ARR
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and interpret customer data
