Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5-7 Customer Success Managers
- Oversee a portfolio of $30M in ARR, ensuring revenue retention and growth
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and act as the primary point of escalation for customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing teams
- Experience managing portfolios of $20M+ in ARR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and interpret customer data
