Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead and mentor a team focused on driving product adoption, retention, and growth for valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Define and refine the Customer Success strategy, analyzing customer health data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Oversee customer renewals and expansion opportunities, tracking key Customer Success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing customer success strategies
  • Deep knowledge of verticals impacted by data exposure, such as threat intelligence and cybersecurity
