Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Onboarding Manager, or Account Manager
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven track record in reducing churn and improving renewal rates
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
- Understanding of physical/cybersecurity or threat intelligence landscapes
