Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Onboarding Manager, or Account Manager
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in reducing churn and improving renewal rates
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
  • Understanding of physical/cybersecurity or threat intelligence landscapes
