Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding and tailored support
  • Drive customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities by leveraging product expertise
  • Manage contract renewals and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management for a SaaS solution
  • Experience managing a high-touch book of business from onboarding through renewals
  • Ability to connect with and influence others through engaging presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a large volume of customers
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new SaaS applications
