Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding and tailored support
- Drive customer adoption and identify expansion opportunities by leveraging product expertise
- Manage contract renewals and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management for a SaaS solution
- Experience managing a high-touch book of business from onboarding through renewals
- Ability to connect with and influence others through engaging presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a large volume of customers
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new SaaS applications
