Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships through proactive communication
- Understand client business goals and translate them into strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and monitoring customer health
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing software development projects or working closely with technical teams
- General technical knowledge including SaaS architectures, APIs, and databases
- Experience with JIRA and HubSpot is preferred
- Fluent in English and based in Latin America
