Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the North American Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents on the Agents Platform
  • Guide customers on best practices for deploying and scaling agents across various platforms
  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and drive revenue growth through cross-sell initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
  • Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes and managing a revenue quota
  • Experience in building and deploying AI agents and familiarity with API integrations
  • Strong analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
  • Preferred experience in the audio AI space
