Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring engagement throughout the customer journey
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and reduce churn through strategic consultations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success
  • Experience in the Renewable Energy industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Experience with CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce and/or Gainsight is preferred
  • Startup or scale-up experience is preferred
