Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring engagement throughout the customer journey
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and reduce churn through strategic consultations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success
- Experience in the Renewable Energy industry is a plus
- Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience with CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce and/or Gainsight is preferred
- Startup or scale-up experience is preferred
