Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for North America - Strategic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with enterprise customers to build and deploy conversational agents, advising on design, conversation flows, and integrations
  • Analyze agent performance data to identify optimization opportunities and improve user experience
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Partnerships in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts with a focus on net revenue retention
  • Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes and closing cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of AI agents and API integrations
  • Preferred experience in the audio AI space
