Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform adoption and guide customers through onboarding and engagement strategies
- Develop strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS industry
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 100-200 mid-market accounts
- Proven track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
- Additional language proficiency, such as Spanish, is desirable
