Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and success across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive platform adoption and guide customers through onboarding and engagement strategies
  • Develop strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
  • Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS industry
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of 100-200 mid-market accounts
  • Proven track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus
  • Additional language proficiency, such as Spanish, is desirable
