Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, guiding them through onboarding and product adoption
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and consult on achieving them using the platform
- Analyze customer usage to identify risks and opportunities, and execute engagement campaigns to enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a community management or SaaS Customer Success role
- Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
- Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to learn and understand various business models
- Resourcefulness in finding answers and a proactive team player attitude
