Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, guiding them through onboarding and product adoption
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and consult on achieving them using the platform
  • Analyze customer usage to identify risks and opportunities, and execute engagement campaigns to enhance customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a community management or SaaS Customer Success role
  • Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to learn and understand various business models
  • Resourcefulness in finding answers and a proactive team player attitude
