Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance broker relationships and drive platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with business brokers, providing 1:1 support and feedback synthesis
- Onboard and train brokers on platform features and best practices to ensure effective usage
- Design and facilitate community-building events and create engaging content for brokers
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Community Management, or similar roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or professional services preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online community management
- Comfort with web-based tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Docs
- Exposure to business brokerage, M&A, or related fields is a plus
