Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Automotive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Deliver monthly reporting to clients, analyzing key metrics and identifying emerging issues or trends
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with dealership leadership to review performance and identify opportunities for deeper engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success role within a marketing or advertising technology firm or dealership
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and digital media strongly preferred
  • Experience in promoting value through customer experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, including functions like V Look-ups and Pivot tables
