Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Automotive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Deliver monthly reporting to clients, analyzing key metrics and identifying emerging issues or trends
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with dealership leadership to review performance and identify opportunities for deeper engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success role within a marketing or advertising technology firm or dealership
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and digital media strongly preferred
- Experience in promoting value through customer experience
- Proficiency in Excel, including functions like V Look-ups and Pivot tables
