Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Small Business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, ensuring they derive value from services
  • Collaborate with various teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Achieve retention and growth targets while managing account renewals and driving product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Preferred experience managing a high volume of small business accounts or a large customer base
  • Experience working under revenue quotas is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
