Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Small Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, ensuring they derive value from services
- Collaborate with various teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
- Achieve retention and growth targets while managing account renewals and driving product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Preferred experience managing a high volume of small business accounts or a large customer base
- Experience working under revenue quotas is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
