Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Mid Market in the Central Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead post-sales activities for upmarket customers, including onboarding, implementation, and renewals
  • Manage a book of business of approximately 50 customers and collaborate with Account Managers on renewals and expansions
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and influence product strategy based on customer feedback


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Experience working with C-level executives and building trusted relationships
  • Preferred experience in the security or compliance industry
  • Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction
  • Technical competency to understand and communicate Vanta's software effectively
