Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (100% Remote outside of Canada).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium customers and foster relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Ensure alignment of customer goals with PersistIQ services and lead retention efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid ads and email marketing, is an asset
- Experience with Shopify is preferred
- A degree or diploma relevant to the role is considered an asset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
