Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (100% Remote outside of Canada).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium customers and foster relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment of customer goals with PersistIQ services and lead retention efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Customer Success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including paid ads and email marketing, is an asset
  • Experience with Shopify is preferred
  • A degree or diploma relevant to the role is considered an asset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
