Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients derive maximum value from their pricing SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with customer executive stakeholders
  • Own overall customer health, including contract renewal and revenue retention
  • Conduct workshops and deliver quarterly business reviews to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience managing and renewing enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives
  • Experience supporting multiple SaaS products
  • Background in B2B manufacturing and distribution is a plus
