Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients derive maximum value from their pricing SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with customer executive stakeholders
- Own overall customer health, including contract renewal and revenue retention
- Conduct workshops and deliver quarterly business reviews to drive customer success
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Experience managing and renewing enterprise-level accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives
- Experience supporting multiple SaaS products
- Background in B2B manufacturing and distribution is a plus
