Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and value recognition
  • Educate customers on the effective use of the company's tools and perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer feedback


Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer success or solutions consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in or with dental practices
  • Ability to read 2D dental radiography
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with browsers, spreadsheets, and text documents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
