Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and ensure product utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor on product functionality
  • Onboard new customers and lead implementation and training calls
  • Conduct regular reporting to optimize product usage and resolve customer issues effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to mitigate churn and drive engagement
  • Empathetic attitude with a desire to help customers achieve their goals
  • Experience working with customers with multiple units and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, G Suite, and Zoom is a plus
