Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and ensure product utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor on product functionality
- Onboard new customers and lead implementation and training calls
- Conduct regular reporting to optimize product usage and resolve customer issues effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships to mitigate churn and drive engagement
- Empathetic attitude with a desire to help customers achieve their goals
- Experience working with customers with multiple units and stakeholders
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, G Suite, and Zoom is a plus
