Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships with key stakeholders to support their strategic goals
- Drive customer ROI by engaging with customers to track KPIs and ensure they achieve measurable outcomes
- Grow and defend revenue through contract renewals, negotiations, and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting roles within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, with experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) being a plus
- Proven track record of managing retention and driving growth through high-touch customer engagement
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM or GTM systems is preferred
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences
