Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Tech Touch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the customer's advocate to ensure their success
  • Project manage communication plans and track account health
  • Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions for customer disputes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years in Customer Relationship, Customer Success Management, or related role
  • Previous HR or Public Safety experience preferred
  • Experience managing accounts with $15k and under within a large book of business
  • Strong technical background with online software (SaaS) products preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Gainsight preferred
