Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Tech Touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer's advocate to ensure their success
- Project manage communication plans and track account health
- Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions for customer disputes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years in Customer Relationship, Customer Success Management, or related role
- Previous HR or Public Safety experience preferred
- Experience managing accounts with $15k and under within a large book of business
- Strong technical background with online software (SaaS) products preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Gainsight preferred
