Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance business development and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate an understanding of the company's products and technology
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support their technology initiatives and growth opportunities
  • Implement strategic initiatives for product cross-selling and manage proprietary software tools to achieve metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise customer account management and related services
  • Experience in selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, and Managed Services
  • Ability to interact effectively with customer leadership teams and conduct presentations
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office
