Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance business development and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate an understanding of the company's products and technology
- Maintain regular communication with customers to support their technology initiatives and growth opportunities
- Implement strategic initiatives for product cross-selling and manage proprietary software tools to achieve metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise customer account management and related services
- Experience in selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, and Managed Services
- Ability to interact effectively with customer leadership teams and conduct presentations
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office
