Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their success with Acquia's services
- Create and implement product adoption and risk mitigation plans for customers
- Update and maintain the CRM database with relevant account details
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in customer success management or related roles
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) solutions, preferably Acquia DAM (Widen)
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive customer retention
- Familiarity with creative or enterprise technology tools such as Asana, Salesforce, or Gainsight
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
