Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their success with Acquia's services
  • Create and implement product adoption and risk mitigation plans for customers
  • Update and maintain the CRM database with relevant account details
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in customer success management or related roles
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) solutions, preferably Acquia DAM (Widen)
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive customer retention
  • Familiarity with creative or enterprise technology tools such as Asana, Salesforce, or Gainsight
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
