Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Customer Success activities and outcomes for research organizations
  • Manage renewals to minimize churn and identify up-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and enhance product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise customers
  • Experience in SaaS is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, communication, or related fields
  • Familiarity with research administration office operations
  • Knowledge of Sales and Customer Success tools, preferably Sales Force & Churn Zero
