Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Renewals).
Key Responsibilities
- Renewing the current client base and ensuring a minimum of 90% monthly renewals
- Introducing and upselling customers to additional offerings
- Collaborating with Sales Reps and Managers to provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Sales/Account Management, preferably in SaaS or technical solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
- Proven success in the renewals process
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
