Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Renewals).

Key Responsibilities
  • Renewing the current client base and ensuring a minimum of 90% monthly renewals
  • Introducing and upselling customers to additional offerings
  • Collaborating with Sales Reps and Managers to provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Sales/Account Management, preferably in SaaS or technical solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Proven success in the renewals process
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
