Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer success initiatives and advocate for a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to retain and grow revenue within existing lines of business, driving contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Drive high client satisfaction and improve NPS by managing relationships, addressing customer needs, and overseeing client onboarding and implementation
  • Utilize data to monitor KPIs, provide actionable insights, and ensure healthy profit margins while collaborating across the organization
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Client Solutions, Account Operations, Customer Success, or a related area
  • Business development knowledge with experience in growing a business
  • Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset with expert-level people and project management skills
  • Advanced business experience in creating and implementing strategies, guidelines, and objectives
